Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented individual to join the GTM Operations Team within SEA Mobile C&S group. As the Finance Manager, you will manage the business, financial forecasting and budgeting process for Content and Services group. Financial forecasting, P&L management, budgeting, preparation of financial reports, sales and marketing operations, including invoice payment, and target management. Responsible for working directly with Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Carrier Account teams, and financial management teams to coordinate on budget and tracking. Responsible for supporting business case development and modeling scenarios. Support market research and consumer trend activities. You must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Role and Responsibilities
Deliver regular performance reporting of all financial KPIs (Revenue, Volumes) along with detailed analysis & insights on performance.
Support annual and long range planning for Samsung Services and Partnerships.
Perform forecasting, reporting and analysis for revenue generate from both Samsung owned & operated services and applications, and 3rd party services/applications
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasting and regular reporting processes. Ensure accuracy and predictability of results and key metrics
Oversee creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales finance reporting
Work with various Data Analytics and Business teams to model revenue generating scenarios and present to internal stakeholders
Communicate findings with supporting data and analysis, and work with various Finance teams to turn that into a project
Manage 3rd party invoicing and payment.
Support Business Development and Product Management teams on business case development and initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other groups within Samsung US and Korea offices.
Qualifications/Skills:
6+ years of experience in business strategy or finance
Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline
Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
Independent thinker who is persistent, resourceful, and resilient
Comfortable and able to thrive in a matrixed organization
A detailed minded individual who consistently delivers quality work
A self-starter with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Understanding of various data management and reporting tools (Tableau or similar tools) is a big plus
Microsoft PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) are a MUST
Fluent speaking and writing in Korean is required
10% travel (domestic and international) expected

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:
The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
Work is generally performed in an office environment.
Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time.
The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds.
Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress.
Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas.
Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule.
Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.
