Position Summary…What you’ll do…
Develop depth of expertise in membership finance to include:
- Technical concepts, definitions, and calculations of key metrics such as but not limited to Gross Membership Income, Net Membership Income, Renewal Rates, Plus Penetration, and Membership Base Count
- Long Range Planning (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecast models
- Membership ing systems and databases such as OneStream, Essbase, etc.
Lead technical calculation and collaborate with business partners to develop LRP and AOP incorporating business partner acquisition plans, membership initiatives, membership fee changes, data anomalies, and more. Cascade segment AOP down to the club level and provide support to regional, market, and club managers to help them understand their plans
Communicates with functional business partners to understand significant variations and/or trends in membership income, membership count, and other key membership metrics documenting and preparing results for presentation and providing follow-up or answering any questions regarding financial issues.
Execute, , and input to databases regular membership forecasts.
Support business partners in development of Membership dashboard ing and data visualization
Manage and document Membership Finance metrics consistent with Data Governance. Provide support to Data Governance Data Steward and Data Owner on all aspects of Membership Finance
Perform competitive intelligence and ad-hoc analysis
Assist in training new business partners on Membership concepts
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field OR 3 years experience in finance or related field.
