Taking initiative, working collaboratively and being responsive to the needs of faculty, staff, students, trustees and community members are essential in this role. The successful candidate must be willing to fulfill the obligations of being an employee of a Roman Catholic Seminary, including participation in weekly Eucharist, participating in staff and leadership faith retreats and working collaboratively with The Priests of the Sacred Heart, and the Archdiocese of Milwaukee’s seminary. A minimum of five years of experience in senior management is required and preference will be given to those with experience in higher education and/or nonprofit organizational management. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with an undergraduate in Accounting or Finance is required. Preference will be given to candidates with Human Resources experience and knowledge.
