RumbleOn is rapidly expanding our Financial Planning and Analysis team, and we are looking for an all-star finance manager who has experience managing internal financial reporting, building BI tools, creating processes, and driving innovation from the ground up! A successful candidate in this role should be able to work collaboratively with various finance, operations, and technology partners, be comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, influence the decisions of senior leadership through great verbal and written communication, and have high standards for accuracy and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and research efforts pre/post month-end close, identify key drivers, and effectively communicate actionable solutions to business and finance leadership
• Manage critical financial processes, including weekly/monthly/quarterly financial business reviews, monthly forecasts, and annual planning cycles
• Identify and drive process improvement by designing new models, building new methods of communication, and partnering with interdepartmental teams
• Gather, review, and communicate fact-based insights to senior business and financial leadership, providing support for deep analytics
• Other Duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance or a related field.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical area (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
• Proven experience as a financial manager dealing with internal reporting for a large company
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles

• Ability to work independently, and lead a team, in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with competing deadlines
• Experience performing financial and ad hoc analyses and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management
• Advanced Excel skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Proficient user of finance software
• MBA/CPA a plus
• SQL, Power BI, and Tableau skills strongly desired!
