FINANCE MANAGERJob Summary: Rullex is seeking a Finance Manager to control all income, expenses, and tangible assets to increase the value of assets and enable the company executives to receive precise data at any given moment. In order to achieve that, organize managerial and bookkeeping accounting and maintain the accounting system in such a way to make sure that it complies with requirements from the management and official agencies.Essential Requirements and Duties:
- At least seven years of experience as a Finance Manager
- To be very thorough with numbers and check a few times that everything is correct
- Ability to take care of money, love dealing with money
- Ability to finish everything that was started
- Willingness and ability to learn new things
- Know CEO well and be able to understand his comments, be on communication in a constant manner
- Always look for ways to save money
- Strictly follow the company financial rules and force others to do the same
- Analytical mind about profit and loss
- Work with any financial institutions
- In-depth knowledge of G-Suites, QuickBooks, MS Excel, PowerBi
- Be digital and look for ways to automate all financial processes
- Good English and communication skills (Bilingual English/Russian is preferred)
- Be the team player
- Be up-to-date about any external financial organization changes (Tax organizations, Banking, loans, Utilities, etc.)
- Handle all financial situations with higher logic and less emotions
- Not just make decisions according to cash flow, always look at the bigger picture
