Responsibilities:
Position Summary and Responsibilities:
The Pricing Manager reports to the Vice President of FP&A and has a high level of visibility within the organization. This role is responsible for working closely with Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, equipment, and Marketing to help develop pricing strategies and ensure accurate pricing within the ERP system. This role will manage a team of two Pricing Administrators.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and drive process improvements and innovations within the FP&A department
Serve as the primary contact for sales account teams for pricing recommendations and ad-hoc pricing support, as well as own the deal review process to ensure proper returns are achieved.
Provide support for new pricing initiatives from design to implementation, including sensitivity analysis to ensure that business objectives are met while protecting future earnings.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to support operational, financial, and strategic business needs.
Supervise the Pricing Administrators to ensure that all contract constraints are being met and all pricing processes are being followed.

Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting) or another related discipline.
5-7 years of relevant experience in pricing and financial analysis and modeling
Experience within the food service or food service manufacturing industry is preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis programs (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
Experience with SAP is preferred
Strong analytic, statistical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and employees at any level
Independent, self-motivated, team player with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and drive to problem solve.
Ability to be organized, review deadlines and prioritize work to ensure deadlines are met while delivering a quality product
