The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing property-specific marketing plans, driving the promotion of marketing-supported products and services, and contributing to the growth and success of our multi-family properties.

This position will serve as a vital link between our properties and marketing team, ensuring the correct utilization of marketing resources, resolving implementation issues, and upholding our company’s brand guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and on-site property teams to create customized, effective marketing strategies aimed at enhancing property performance in the designated region and portfolio.
• Assist in recommending and implementing effective property marketing programs, including lead generation, retargeting, marketing automation, and digital and social media campaigns, with a focus on accelerating community success.
• Assist in overseeing the integrity and consistency of corporate brand and identity standards in all outgoing communications and materials produced.
• Maintain and update source, reporting and CRM system and ensure consistency throughout all communities.
• Support on-site property teams in creating and managing print and online materials for websites, online marketing, social media, outgoing communications, and print collateral.
• Assists with monthly community marketing audits to ensure company best practices and processes are met at each community.
• Track KPI’s for specific marketing activities at assigned properties and make recommendations for marketing metric improvements.
• Fulfills onsite marketing requests and assigned Marketing Help Desk tickets.
• Participates in property takeover / onboarding process; ensuring all marketing deliverables are prepared to launch, including website, digital media, social media, and ILS advertising, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or another related field is strongly preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in marketing, agency experience preferred.
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong writing, editing and graphic design / layout skills
• Creative, well-organized, capable of prioritizing and being proactive
