About the Team:
The E-commerce team are masters of blending art and science.
They combine creative thinking and analytics to deliver an industry-leading experience across our digital platforms.

This team works closely with the Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams to bring product stories to life in an impactful way, and partners hand-in-hand with our ProdUX team to explore new areas of opportunity in our e-commerce ecosystem.

The Vice President, E-commerce will drive a best in class customer experience on Rothys.
com while working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve P&L goals.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the VP, E-commerce will lead the strategy and execution of e-commerce and performance marketing plans.
What you’ll do:
Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy and roadmap to drive unique, sustainable and long-lasting relationships with Rothy’s customers through a differentiated and compelling end-to-end experience Develop and execute day-to-day operations to improve site experience, customer acquisition, site merchandising and all related functions Apply deep performance marketing experience to drive paid customer acquisition and retention across a variety of online and offline marketing channels with cohesive marketing campaigns Act as an advocate of the customer and create a delightful and differentiating customer experience across the shopping journey on the Rothys.

com website, social commerce sites and other digital retail marketplaces Lead the performance marketing function and teams (internal and external) to develop and execute go-to market campaigns across the customer lifecycle that drive consideration, conversion, engagement, and retention Develop site content flow to align marketing tactics with a seamless, intuitive, and brand-building on-site experience Work closely with the data analytics and tech teams to leverage qualitative and quantitative data and support the prioritization of site related features Establish brand differentiation and sustained success through continuous analyses of market trends, competitive influences, and performance of digital outlets, including demographic analyses and gap analyses Drive innovation for Rothy’s through researching new revenue models including emerging DTC commerce revenue models and new digital experiences to capture new customers and meet evolving customer expectations Work with the brand team to optimize full funnel marketing and to ensure the brand shows up in authentic and meaningful ways on all digital channels You have:
Deep experience across channel marketing, growth marketing, digital & content marketing, e-commerce, customer marketing, marketing operations, marketing automation & technology High business acumen and expertise in marketing strategies and tactics Successfully partnered with Brand Marketing teams to build an integrated plan balancing efficiency and storytelling Track record of identifying and implementing new digital marketing tools and consumer experiences to drive growth Experience in managing large budgets and teams in ways that deliver on company and employee growth Proven track record of innovation, growth and execution across growth marketing, demand generation and digital marketing Curiosity, collaboration and analytical skills and a proven ability to distill complex concepts and leverage data and insights into cohesive strategy and plans that deliver outstanding business results Ability to communicate with every level of the company, inspire confidence from any audience, and elevate every conversation Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks for largest impact Experience with analytics tools (Looker and Amplitude), audience tools (Segment), retention tools (Iterable), and paid media partners (Google, Meta) Our
