Job Description
In this assignment, the client has a need for a Finance Accountant with experience using Infor ERP System. The client will be working with ROI to migrate their Infor v10 Financials, Supply Chain, and Payroll along with GHR from single-tenant to multi-tenant Infor CloudSuite FSM, HCM and CloudSuite Payroll.
This position will not be responsible for the implementation/upgrade of the Infor CloudSuite application but will take on the full time accounting responsibilities in the current Infor V10 system.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the Infor v10 Finance system to perform accounting functions such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data entered into the Infor v10 Finance system.
- Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to gather and analyze financial information for reporting purposes.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes within the Infor v10 Finance system, including preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities by extracting and analyzing data from the Infor v10 Finance system.
- Providing technical support and training to finance staff on using the Infor v10 Finance system effectively.
- Generating ad-hoc reports and queries as requested to support decision-making processes.
- Participating in system testing and implementation of upgrades or enhancements to the Infor v10 Finance system.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls within the Infor v10 Finance system.
- Collaborating with IT and finance teams to optimize system configurations and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Previous experience using Infor as an accounting end user. Infor V10 experience highly preferred.
- CPA or Accounting Majors preferred but NOT required
- Healthcare experience highly preferred
