Job Description
Roger’s Group is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to provide administrative and clerical services. Duties to included, but not limited to processing accounts payable invoices.
Wages starting at $18.00/hr. Higher compensation offered with experience and service time.
Responsibilities
Perform Accounts Payable entry for Purchase Order and Non-Purchase order vendor invoices.
Document scanning and electronic routing of invoices.
Resolve discrepancies between vendor invoicing and purchase orders; for any price and/or quantity discrepancies.
Work closely with other accounting personnel, purchasing and field personnel to resolve any issues related to voucher processing, including coding, pricing, and receipt of goods.
Contract with external vendors regarding invoicing issues.
Requirements
3 years of experience in a related field
Experience with computer systems and office application.
Experience with Oracle and Synergy/Kofax preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
Excellent communication, research, problem-solving and time management skills.
Some overtime may be required.
