Due to our rapid growth, Rod Hatfield has an immediate need for experienced Finance Managers. Rod Hatfield in central kentucky is looking for self-motivated, hardworking people to join our winning team.
Job Description:
- Determine the desire/need for financing and helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Present customers with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and collect-ability.
- Maintain proficiency with title laws and registration process.
- Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders.
- Submit deals to lender for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals, while making sure they are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
- Maintain our dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport, answering questions, provide information, resolving discrepancies, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
- Ensure the quick funding of all contracts.
- Strong commitment to becoming an Auto Finance expert and gain in-depth knowledge of lending programs
- Complete quotes and explain financing options
- Work with service advisors when they turn over a customer for warranty information.

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in Automotive Finance office, working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
- Excellent track record of proven performance.
- Team player with excellent leadership skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer software skills and internet proficiency.
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic with a great attitude and adherence to a strong code of personal ethics.
- Steady work history, and valid driver’s license.
