Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee all CS and Scheduling team members and communicates with the COO when issues need to be addressed.
- Train and develop team members to properly perform duties.
- Resolve escalated customer /order issues and provide the necessary feedback to team members/ additional training.
- Ensure team members have all the necessary tools, training and resources to perform their job.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks when requested by COO and CEO.
- Lead/ Participate in interviews for CSR, Scheduling, Field Technicians and Photographers.
- Sit on the Leadership Team
- Document Disciplinary measures for substandard performance.
- Conduct Disciplinary meetings as needed
- Available Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm plus. If department needs arise outside normal business hours, the Customer Service Manager will make themself available to address said needs.
- Update Team Roster – in AirTable every-time someone is On/Off boarded
- Document errors for Admin/Photography/ Field Technicians
- Own “SOPs” for the Department
- Define Job Descriptions / update A/B/C player definitions for Dept seats
- Assign floater vehicle usage (tracked via AirTable “Team Member Roster” – “Equipment Tab”
Your Daily Responsibilities: Communicate with team to ensure a high level of quality on all assignments, review photo shoots and keep scorecards updated.
Your Weekly Responsibilities: Keep scorecards, reporting, KPIs, Pillars/Values, project management tool, projects and candidate tracker sheet are all updated and accurate and ensuring the team is having regular, productive meetings.
Monthly Responsibilities: Attend team meetings and met all objectives and ensure leads are also having monthly meetings.
