Description
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Finance ERP Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in optimizing our client’s Finance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of financial processes, provide strategic insights, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy within our financial operations.
ERP Implementation and Integration:
Lead the implementation of Finance ERP systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate ERP solutions with existing systems and applications.
System Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and enhance ERP functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
Data Management:
Oversee financial data’s accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
User Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions on ERP system usage for finance and other relevant teams.
Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues and ensuring effective utilization of ERP capabilities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Develop and customize financial reports to meet management and regulatory requirements.
Utilize ERP tools for financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Compliance:
Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Stay abreast of changes in financial reporting requirements and update ERP configurations accordingly.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with ERP vendors, ensuring timely updates, patches, and support.
Negotiate contracts and agreements for ERP-related services.
*Collaboration:
Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to understand business processes and align ERP solutions accordingly.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience (7+ years) in implementing and managing Finance ERP systems.
In-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP functionalities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is preferred.
