Job Description:

• Lead, mentor & development of 2 direct reports

• Full P& L responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting for the P& L and ensure timely and accurate financial statements

• Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

• Prepare presentations to Board of Directors & Senior Management / support decision making

• Evaluate business risk and propose ideas to mitigate potential risks

• Participate in strategic planning to support growth

• Propose & implement measures to improve financial performance of the entity

• Responsible for budget process, meet requirements & deadlines, develop & improve tools

• Serve as sparring partner with leaders to develop strategy and drive sales & profit growth

• Continuously review current processes and identifies opportunities for potential improvement

• Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance

• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of progressive responsibility in financial analysis. Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to execute complex analysis, prepare comprehensive, clear, concise and action-oriented reporting.

• 2+ years of managing experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, demonstrating a working knowledge of IFRS

• Strong working knowledge of ERP/Financial Systems & Applications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills required

• ­SAP experience needed

• ­Power BI experience is a plus

• Strong business acumen & data analysis experience. Ability to understand business needs, obtain & validate data, interpret results, root cause anomalies and generate meaningful results

• Solid time/project management skills and demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks
