Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Associate in Dallas, Texas. This position plays a vital role in the financial industry, focusing on the processing and monitoring of customer applications and inquiries. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records and contributing to effective capital management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer credit applications and resolve inquiries in a timely manner

• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM to maintain up-to-date customer credit records

• Conduct data mining techniques to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Assist in the execution and management of accounting functions, including accrual accounting

• Contribute to the budget processes by providing necessary financial data and insights

• Utilize ADP – Financial Services and Crystal Reports for efficient financial management

• Participate in auditing processes to ensure financial compliance and accuracy

• Utilize strong Excel modeling skills to perform financial forecasting and analysis

• Support effective capital management strategies within the organization

• Adhere to the highest standards of accounting practices and uphold financial integrity. Requirements – Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial for this role.

• Experience with ADP – Financial Services will be highly advantageous.

• Must have the ability to use CRM effectively.

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports is necessary.

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques is required.

• Must have a thorough understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is essential.

• Must have experience in Auditing.

• Knowledge of Budget Processes is required.

• Understanding of Capital Management is necessary.
