The Role:
They are seeking for a Director of Accounting to be an integral part of the Accounting/Operations team in Menlo Park, CA.
.
Reporting to the Senior VP of Finance, this position will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Accounting/Operations team.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong logical thinking, organizational and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete projects on a timely basis.
.
The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and proactively to identify and resolve issues.
Prior venture capital, private equity or investment management experience is preferred, as is familiarity with partnership accounting.

o Responsible for all aspects of the capital call and distribution process for the private equity funds managed by the firm.
