Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with a growing company in Carrollton to identify a Human Resources Manager.
The Human Resources Manager should have 5 + years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree. The HR Manager will develop, implement, and manage company policies and procedures.
Manage all functional areas within responsibility to include employee relations, salary administration, benefits, training, and recruiting .
Make recommendations that encompass trends and new developments within the human resources function. Works independently and makes decisions that are in the best interest of the organization.
The HR Manager will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities :
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends.
Provide insightful analysis of critical Human Resources data, assisting with the recommendation and implementation of appropriate solutions.
Assist in continuous development and improvement of Human Resources processes.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
