A growing Robert Half client in Naperville has an immediate opening for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be a key player in year-end financial reporting, including variance and trend analysis of results to budget for 13 locations in Illinois. Additional responsibilities include preparing forecasts and annual budgets for all operational/functional units in assigned area and preparing financial models for contract analysis and rate calculations.
To be considered for the Finance Manager position a minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager role is required as well as advanced Excel skills including Pivotable and VLOOKUP. Strong communication skills are key as this position with have daily interactions with the General Manangers at the sight locations. Experience with Hyperion and JD Edwards is preferred
