Partnering with select, trusted contractors and architects, Rittenhouse serves as a hub between the various trades to ensure alignment to the client’s vision throughout the entire project.

They have hired Lime Valley Management to recruit their Head of Finance & Administration. As part of a small, tight-knit team, this person reports directly to the President with one direct report, the office administrator.

The Head of Finance & Administration oversees internal support operations, ensuring the broader Rittenhouse team is equipped with the information and resources they need to sell and fulfill projects—all the while maintaining the attention to detail required to meet client expectations. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Accounting
• Document/process control
• Office/team support

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Strong editing skills and command of grammar

• Basic understanding of IT — able to troubleshoot with tech vendors as needed and use key programs (mostly Google Suite + BuilderTrend)

• At least 5 years (but preferably 10+) of experience handling accounting/controller functions

• At least 3 years of experience in document control, QA, and/or compliance

• Proven supply chain management and procurement (purchasing & receiving) expertise

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar preferred

• CPA or CMA designation is an advantage

• Construction/renovation industry experience highly valued

The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience.
