Position Title Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Salary Grade: Full Time / Exempt; $75,000 – $80,000/annually commiserate with experience
Position Overview
The Director of Finance is responsible for administrative leadership and management of the accounting department. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership and Board of Directors in strategic decision making and financial operations as Rise Recovery continues to enhance its quality programming and build capacity. The Director of Finance will serve as a business partner to the CEO on the organization’s financial, budgeting, and administrative processes with an eye to continuously developing and improving systems.

Education and Training
Knowledge and Experience
The Director of Finance will have at least 7-10 years of overall professional experience; ideally 6+ years of broad financial and operations management experience. The Director of Finance will have the competency to create and drive the analytic framework for planning and managing organizational change in a fast-growing organization. Experience should include legal, audit, compliance, budget, and resource development.

Able to operate standard office technology, equipment and utilize office supplies
Working Conditions
Standard administrative office environment, periodic commute for meetings and support to the local service centers; regularly scheduled hours may vary however during periods of workload fluctuation
