Rimtec Corporation, located in Burlington, NJ., has an opening for an Account Payable/Accounting Specialist.

Rimtec Corporation is a subsidiary of Riken Americas Corporation and a premier leader in the PVC industry.

Job Summary: The Accounts Payable position primary job duties are to pay invoices from services rendered, rentals and purchases of every item that is related to the company and its need to produce our product. Analyze any invoice discrepancies and report findings in timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience in Accounts Payable required, working in manufacturing environment a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft Office 365 applications or related programs.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have excellent analytical skills, ensuring accuracy and be numerically astute.
• Must have strong prioritization skills.
• Must be detailed oriented and organized.
• Proficient in time management with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meticulous records.
• Proficient in time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
