Richmond Car and Truck Center is seeking an experienced Finance Manager. The right candidate is a highly relational, team player that has previously sold vehicles, has a track record of Extended Service Penetration, Strong Products per Deal average. We are 100% transparent across the board so our Finance Manager will join us in living daily with the highest level of ethical standards. Since we truly work as a team, the Finance Manager will also work alongside of the Sales Manager to create every opportunity possible to make a customer happy with their next newer vehicle that is financed according to their needs. We make sure our customers get their titles fast and their loans setup fast so clean paperwork is paramount! The right candidate will be securing all deals and keeping the dealership compliant with all local, state and federal regulations while maintaining metric levels as set by leadership.

Automotive Finance Duties and Responsibilities
· Secure competitive financing for clients while adhering to corporate and governmental regulations.
· Conduct pre-interviews with customers to help build rapport and gather information that will help you present the products the dealership has to offer
· Offer exceptional customer service to clients by presenting the product menu to every customer while explaining extended service information and aftermarket products that supplement their automotive investment and increase dealership profitability.
· Maintain current knowledge of all finance programs and disseminate information to sales and finance team members promptly, including management of the F&I team.
· Maintain current knowledge of all local, state and federal regulations affecting dealership operations, particularly regarding sales and finance departments.
· Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
· Foster and maintain positive relationships with insurance vendors and lending institutions.
· Work with and Back Up Sales Managers
Requirement and Qualifications
· Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices
· Track record of exceeding previous quotas and goals. Bring this with you to your interview.
· Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
· Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment
· Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
· Must pass a background check

Pay: $60,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
