As a Marketing Research Professional, you will monitor, research, and analyze assigned competitors and their products. You will utilize this information to create pertinent tools and materials which will help the Reynolds and Reynolds sales force complete their job more effectively. These tools help Sales demonstrate the value that our products and services provide to dealerships. In addition to these tools, you will be available to confer with Sales when they are in unique selling situations to provide them any competitive information they require pertaining to their competitive environment. Building strong rapport with internal and external clients is an integral part of your success in this position. Duties also include writing stories and articles as well as presenting at sales training sessions in which you will discuss new products and other significant events in the competitor world.
