ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Strong accounting/finance skills will be used to ensure the integrity of RAI financial statements.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
The Lead Finance Manager is a highly visible position that is an integral part of the RAISC Finance team with career growth opportunities. This position provides accounting support to cross functional areas and the finance management team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Participate in the monthly general ledger closing process which may include performance of system-related activities and controls utilizing SAP and BPC.
Responsible for various monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses and various monthly journal entries.
Responsible for preparing internal financial statements for individual operating companies.
Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls. Responsible for controls testing to comply with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
Partner with other corporate functions, such as Tax and Treasury. Assist with special projects as needed.
Forecasting for certain balance sheet and P&L accounts
Review account reconciliations and provide guidance to team members.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required

Five or more years of experience in Accounting.
Advanced Excel skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

SAP knowledge preferred.
CPA preferred.
