Customer Success Manager
Location: Tampa, FL (open to candidates outside of Tampa, FL as well)

Revolent Group is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager in North America to support our ambitious growth plans and ensure the best support to our clients.

Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers through each phase of the Revolent program. You will also be responsible operationally for onboarding new clients with the roll out of our service, as well as formal reviews and maintaining regular client contact.
As a Customer Success Manager, your key experience should ideally include:
(preferably enterprise clients).

SLAs and key updates relating to current/ pending Revol Cohorts.

Work Environment
Revolent Group is currently an all remote workforce, with the exception of certain hybrid roles and
requirements to travel occasionally for industry events, training, and company events.
The position is ideally remote based within the Tampa FL, with 25% occasional travel required to customer site.
Revolent Group has offices in the following cities: Irvine, Scottsdale, Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Tampa, Charlotte, Philadelphia, New York and in Toronto, Canada.
