The role
We’re looking for an experienced content creator to own and optimize the content function across the entire funnel for Resolve This position requires experience in content strategy, short- and long-form content creation, marketing campaigns, persona targeting, copywriting, and outbound messaging, as well as market, industry, and competitive research.
As a core member of the Marketing team, you will work closely with the entire Revenue function to create compelling content to target different personas in specific industries across the manufacturing, distribution, fintech, and B2B commerce space. This will include SEO blogs, bylines, webinar content, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, video scripts, infographics, sales enablement, ad copy, copywriting, outbound messaging, and more. You will be writing a lot of content, so you must love writing and be a superb business writer who can turn out high-quality content quickly. You must also have an eye for detail and a strong aesthetic to be able to craft on-brand, compelling content to enable the Sales and Customer Success teams with collateral and tools to close sales and ramp up customer retention and expansion. The success of the role will be measured on content performance including opportunity generation and revenue attributed to content, organic search traffic, page views, and sessions to content pages, content downloads, opens/replies/clicks for emails, and reach.

Build and execute content marketing strategy and roadmap.
Create exciting content. Lots of it. Use your stellar writing skills to create compelling short-form and long-form pieces that educate and excite our audience across various content types including whitepapers, website copy, outbound copy, SEO blog posts, case studies, advertising copy, customer emails, sales enablement content, and more.
We know that content is king but distribution is king. You will also help us distribute content by owning campaigns across inbound and outbound channels including SEO, email, advertising platforms, social media, website, co-marketing partners,, and more – with goals of demand creation and lead generation.
Monitor performance and own the reporting of content metrics, including recognizing trends, and reacting with new recommendations and then executing on them.
Explore new channels and content formats. Have a pulse on emerging content trends and be willing to experiment.
Be resourceful and find creative ways to solicit design, video, and creative resources to bring messaging to life through a variety of content formats.
Collaborate with Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop a content roadmap that maps to strategic goals, target audiences, and across the Revenue funnel.
Build content production process for scale, so we can efficiently grow.
Collaborate on strategic plans for Resolve’s growth and marketing.
Partner with functions across the organization, from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success , Revenue Operations, and Product to successfully launch new content across the entire funnel.
Maintain a deep understanding of our target audiences, buyer and influencer personas, and competitive landscape to create highly effective content and campaigns.
The ideal candidate is / has:
Proven experience in creating campaign copy, website copy, video scripts, case studies, sales enablement, customer marketing materials. SEO blogs, whitepapers, product-one pagesr, social media, and/or outbound emails.
Excellent writing and editing skills combined with speed, flexibility and attention to detail.
Team player who works cross-functionally with respect, efficiency and effectiveness
Numbers oriented, with the ability to analyze data, ask the right questions, and come up with actionable insights from different content reporting tools including but not limited to Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, Unbounce, and Google Analytics.
Project management – the ability to balance multiple projects at once is key.
A growth mindset and strong accountability mentality.
Organized and methodical, and leans into understanding both data and people.
Resourceful and results-driven.
Bonus points if you have experience in…
SEO, both technical and editorial.
Writing in the finance, accounting, fintech, manufacturing, distribution, or inventory space.
Bonus points for SEM Rush, Clearscope, Contentful, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Unbounce experience!
A fully-remote startup environment.
Creating content for events (online and offline).
Running general marketing campaigns, end to end.
Experience in landing page conversion copywriting, website copy, social media copy, or ad copy.
Design or content production skillsets such as podcasts, video, editing, or graphics.
