What do our Finance Transformation Project Supervisor do?
The Finance Transformation Project Supervisor will manage the life cycles of the finance transformation projects. These projects will improve the financial strategies and initiatives of the organization. The Finance Transformation Project Supervisor will coordinate with appropriate business units and management as needed to ensure a smooth business transition and system migration. The person in this role will develop, identify, and implement processes to improve projects and objectives for Rentokil North America.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Manage full finance transformation project life-cycles.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Develop project status reports and escalate issues to management as needed.
Develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate project risk.
Create and maintain project documentation required by the Project Management Office (PMO).
Liaise with IT and Accounting to perform AR migrations including reconciliation and conversion.
Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
Facilitate and establish realistic time-lines and goals for project deliverables.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Conduct follow-up meetings with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve project management processes and toolkits.
Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors to execute projects.
Demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create partnerships with team members and stakeholders.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization (Finance, Business, IT) to drive change while taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities.
What do you need?
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management or Business-related field – required
3-5 years of Financial operations and/or Order to Cash Process Operations experience – required
2+ years of Project Management experience – required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or later, especially Word and Power-Point, and advanced Excel.
Current knowledge of office applications including Google Suite is preferred.
Strong accounting skills
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
This is a full-time position. While the Finance Transformation Project Manager will report to an office, occasional travel to North America sites may be required. There may be overnight travel required.
Work Schedule: This job tends to have regular office hours but may have extended hours due to time-sensitive deadlines and time frames. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Must pass pre-employment background screen
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search
