SUMMARY Provide financial planning, analysis and decision support to drive business results for the Goodyear, Arizona manufacturing Plant.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate process and profit improving financial analysis, business analysis and cost analysis projects based on in-depth understanding of the business and end-use customer needs.
Perform plan reviews and special analysis including reviewing proposals for major expenditures and their economic justification.
Present results and opportunity analysis to senior management.
Prioritize work requirements and allocate resources across the department.
Lead strategic financial planning process and preparation of annual financial plan. Coordinate the flow of financial information between key managers and senior management to support the forecasting and budget development processes.
Act as focal point and liaison for accurate and timely forecasting of financial results.

SALARY INFORMATION :
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
