Relevante has partnered with New England’s largest independent insurance agency. Our client is looking to add a Senior Account Manager, Property & Casualty-Personal Lines, to their Needham, MA office. Please read the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Responsibilities of a Senior Account Manager, Property & Casualty-Personal Lines: * Manage all phases of the client service process, usually in conjunction with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration and customer service requests.
- Gather information from clients and prepare applications for submission to insurance carriers regarding new and/or renewal coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure all service needs are met. This will entail frequent involvement through phone calls, emails, and on-site client visits.
- Prepare client proposals and insurance summaries based on the client’s needs and the coverages proposed.
- Prepare all transactions for assigned accounts, i.e., applications, invoices, proposals, maintenance of data in the agency management system.
- This position will evolve into the role of Manager, Personal Lines within 12-18 months.
Requirements of a Senior Account Manager, Property & Casualty, Personal Lines:
- Candidate must be upbeat and have strong organizational skills.
- Candidate must be able to thrive in a professional environment and must feel comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
- Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional aptitude for client service.
- Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
