Job Description:

At Regions the Capital Markets Real Estate Distribution Lead within Capital Markets is responsible for managing transactional due diligence, closing, and distribution efforts within the Real Estate Capital Markets Project Finance Group. This includes overseeing due diligence efforts after transaction engagement, as well as distribution activities post transaction closing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Understanding commercial real estate product type specific as well as capital market data & trends

Understanding of program requirements for Real Estate Capital Markets Program Products

Maintaining internal and external client relationships

Transaction issue identification and resolution

Performing and reviewing complex financial modeling

Providing fundamental credit analysis (including commercial real estate market research, qualitative and quantitative property performance, sponsor financial statement detail, and comparable transaction information)

Transaction due diligence review (Third Party Reports, Asset Summaries, Sizing Models, etc.)

Presentation of Transactions for internal and external program approval

Working with lenders / investors to sell transactions

Managing Distribution Real Estate Capital Markets Project Finance Distribution Analyst/Associates

Asset summary memos (i.e. confidential information memorandum and, lenders’ / investors’ presentation)

Creation of transaction distribution data tapes and memos

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Five years of related experience

Preferred:

MBA

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position.

Job Range Target:


Minimum: $81,930.00 USD

Median: $126,180.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
