Red Stag Fulfillment is an order fulfillment company for eCommerce businesses. Headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, Red Stag was created with one mission: to redefine the 3PL experience for both clients and employees. By leveraging technology to ensure accurate, reliable, secure, and fast shipping, we have quickly established ourselves as a world-class fulfillment company — and we’re ready for more.
Red Stag is a unique and special organization. We understand that our Team Members are our most important asset. We have grown into one of America’s best order fulfillment companies by building a team of people who are eager to be a part of our growth. To make this happen, our Team Members show up and give their all every day.
About the Role:
From Red Stag’s very beginning, we’ve tried to create a world-class working experience for our team members. Simply put, we want to redefine expectations for a warehouse workplace. Now we need someone who can help build a best-in-class FP&A function that will take us to the next level! We are looking for a seasoned FP&A leader to build and develop a team that can provide our business leaders with the insight needed to make proactive and timely decisions to not only help us grow our top line but expand our margins as well.
You’re the one we’re looking for if:
You connect dots others don’t easily see and can put together holistic solutions on limited or fragmented data. You love building things, whether that be a process, a model, an insightful analysis, or a team member. You can flow seamlessly from sweating the small stuff and executing urgent priorities requiring immediate action to thinking big picture about strategic concepts.
You are a self-motivated trailblazer who has no apprehension with ambiguity, and you “light up” when things are “a bit messy”. You love to dig into the numbers and “unpack the data” so you can best understand the business and build solutions to move the company forward more effectively and efficiently.
You love to win AND have fun. You are confident in your abilities to figure things out, but humble enough to realize that you don’t know everything…and being part of and contributing to something “bigger than yourself” is more meaningful than individual accolades.
….if this describes you, then this might be your perfect fit, and we’d love to discuss how joining the Red Stag Fulfillment Herd may be your next best career move.
