Responsibilities:
Prepare all external financial statements, as well as prepare supplemental schedules and analysis to support each SEC-related filing, its related footnotes, and management’s discussion and analysis
Research and document accounting principles and reporting requirements to ensure that the Company’s SEC-related filings and releases are GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB compliant
Coordinate and assist in the gathering of information generated by other departments for the preparation of the SEC filings and earnings releases
Coordinate, assist and respond to the external auditors in their reviews of the quarterly financial statements and year-end audits
Calculation of stock compensation expense and earnings per share
Facilitate the period close process including period, quarterly, and annual flux analyses
Review the Company’s equity accounts on a quarterly basis
Preparation of process narratives, control certifications, and tests of effectiveness
Review SEC filings for XBRL compliance
Supervise and review the work of the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
CPA required
A minimum of 6 years of experience
Preferred 3 years of public accounting experience, preferably at a Big 4 Public Accounting firm
Required experience of 2-4 years of SEC and technical accounting in a public company environment
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and SEC regulations S-X and S-K, and G
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Workiva experience preferred
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Compensation Range: $107,400.00 – $147,675.00
