Responsible for the administration and analysis of compensation plans including base pay, incentive, and equity plans. Performs market research and assists in setting pay structures. Updates plan documents and creates other communication/education materials. Collaborates with IT, Finance, and Payroll to administer incentive payment and compensation program policy. Assists with compensation plan design and implementation. Forecasts compensation cost, wage inflation and market trends. Creates reporting to identify and evaluate trends. Performs ad hoc analysis upon request.
1. Administers and provides analysis of compensation plans and programs including base pay, incentive, and equity plans 60%
Oversees field hourly compensation processes
Participates in market surveys and evaluates market data to set pay structures
Educates leaders on pay policy and process
Monitors exceptions to policy
Establishes pay structures to support compensation philosophy
Monitors minimum wage and ensures compliance
Collaborates with IT to ensure Workday accurately administers policy
Recommends policy and process changes when necessary
Administers field management incentive plans
Maintains plan documents and other communication processes
Ensures timely and accurate calculation of incentive payments
Collaborates with Finance and Payroll to ensure the accurate calculation and distribution of incentive payments
Assists with administration of equity plans
Responds to questions from plan participants or leaders
Monitors trouble tickets and resolves issues
Assists manager with Restaurant Support Center and field manager compensation processes
Assists with salary surveys and benchmarking
Job documentation and job analysis
Incentive compensation payments and communications
Evaluates cost of living and administers per policy
2. Assists with compensation plan design and implementation 15%
Provide data support
Conducts sensitivity analysis
Assists with design presentations
Participates in design sessions
Advises on policy and procedure changes
Creates or revises plan documents and assists with the communications of plan design changes
Update models and systems to support plan design changes
3. Forecasting, analysis, and reporting 15%
Creates and maintains models to accurately and efficiently administer compensation plans
Calculate incentive payments
Forecast and support the accrual of compensation expense
Evaluate wage administration and forecast minimum wage impact and inflation
Communicate awards and summarize payments
Create and maintain reporting to summarize compensation payments, evaluate plans, and identify trends
Field turnover and staffing reporting and analysis
Wage administration exception reporting
Wage inflation reporting
Bonus earnings reporting
Performs ad hoc analysis and reporting upon request
4. Support other Total Rewards initiatives 10%
Work with other Total Rewards professionals on key initiatives and projects aimed at driving team member retention and performance
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field of study. Two years analytic or Human Resource experience.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

Project management acumen
Good communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience with HR information systems, Workday experience preferred
