This is a full time, salaried position with benefits and the opportunity to earn commission. You will utilize consultative sales techniques while working with our open architecture, non-proprietary platform. As our product and services are unique, comprehensive training will be provided to you prior to working with clients.
While we work in a Hybrid environment, this position is required to work from our Austin, TX office.
What you’ll be doing:
Work directly with our clients and serve as a subject matter expert on the 1031 exchange process and alternative investments including Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) during consultation calls with investors.
Qualify investors on investment products.
Serve as the point person for the client once the transaction process is underway and coordinate with our internal Account Specialists during the closing process.
Partner with our Research team to present customized investment plans to investors.
Continue to maintain contact and follow up with investors after closing.
Be a trusted consultant and problem solver for clients
Our ideal candidate
You have 2 years of client facing sales experience in the financial services industry.
You’re looking for a financial services consulting position with a stable base salary and the ability to earn commission.
You have a consultative sales mindset and love educating clients on products while providing stellar customer service.
You have an active FINRA Series 7 and 63 license or the ability to obtain and maintain one within the first 3 months of employment.
You are located in Austin, TX or have the desire to relocate here.
