Full Job Description
Family-Owned Real Estate Development and Management Company in Manhattan is looking to add a Full Charge in-office Bookkeeper, at a competitive salary, to their accounting team. Candidate must be detail-oriented with knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting practices. Candidates should have solid working knowledge of financial reporting software systems. Strong PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs, such as MS Excel, and Tax preparation programs, such as UltraTax and Drake Tax, are essential. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present financial data in an organized, concise manner. Must be able to work independently and have the ability to interact with coworkers, management, auditors and regulators.
