Duties/Responsibilities:
- Record all financial transactions into the general ledger, including cash payments, and verify accuracy for three divisions within the company in different accounting software programs (Loan Wolf and QuickBooks)
- Maintain all financial records for real estate
- Interact and prepare financial statements for retained CPA
- Process payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month-end close
- Reconcile bank, credit card, loans, and other accounts
- Work with our local payroll company for weekly payroll run and provide information for W2’s annually
- Upload monthly numbers to corporate
- Develops good relationships with internal employees, vendors, business partners and 70+ real estate agents
- Generate monthly and annual financial reports including Balance Sheet, P&L, Budget and various reports for owners
- Manage the Dotloop software system which includes all paperwork needed for a real estate transaction
- Monitor cash flow analysis and forecasting
- HR related tasks such as 401k office plan and health insurance for employees
- Ability to draft contracts
- Manage Ad Hoc projects
Experience:
- 5-7 years of financial experience or Business Degree preferred
- Experience in AP/AR
- Payroll with w-2 employees and independent contractors
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Loan Wolf Accounting Software for real estate a plus.
- General Real Estate Knowledge and/or interest in it
- This is an in office position

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
