This position will be responsible for the daily business and financial activities of a set of RIS programs in the McKinney CMC within Space and Airborne Systems. Responsibilities include cost/schedule control and analysis, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, partnering with the Program Manager, and CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance and provide personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts. Other responsibilities are to drive the finance process for a set of programs to ensure and guide team members through processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensuring we adhere to them with regards to Material EV, BOM traceability, production labor and production support labor. The manager will be responsible for PRISM material analysis process as it relates to development and/or production programs and supporting the Material Program Manager. In addition, this position is responsible for actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5 Year and AOP forecasting.
Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
Requirements:
4+ years of related experience
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
Typically requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
