We have partnered with an Excellent Private Equity firm in the Fairfield County area that is looking to hire a Finance Manager for their growing Portfolio. This is an Excellent Opportunity to work closely with CFO and collaborate with Senior Leadership. You must have relevant Public Accounting Experience to be considered for the role

Partner with the senior management team to maintain financial and operational control of the business.
Define and execute strategic growth initiatives around corporate structure,
management and scaling.
Support the financial close, planning and forecasting processes.
Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas to focus on and analyze
results.
Analyze budgets and forecasts.
Support P&L reporting, membership or expense forecasts, product reporting and
balance sheet reporting.
Resolve problems and drive issues to resolution.
Present financials to senior leadership.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to create and manage corporate budgets.
Willingness and ability to succeed in growing and shaping environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as budget creation
and analysis software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Thorough understanding of budgetary and accounting principles, practices, and
policies.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or Finance, with a minimum of 5
years of experience; OR a relevant master’s degree with five years of
experience.
