Rain Dogs Trucking is Now Hiring 1099 OTR CDL-A Team Company Drivers!
Consistent Home Time – Earn $0.75-$0.80 CPM – No-Touch Freight
Team Company Drivers*:
- Pay: $0.75-$0.80 CPM for empty & loaded – depends on experience
- $2,000 sign-on bonus per driver – paid $250 every 3 months
- Home time: 3-4 weeks out, 4-5 days home
- Dry van freight
- Newer trucks available – Volvo VNLs 760’s & Freightliner Cascadias automatics
- All trucks have fridge, inverters, APU/EPU unit
- Governed speed 69 MPH on gas pedal, 71 MPH on cruise control
- Up to 6,500 miles weekly
- Must be part of an existing team

Additional Benefits:
- Occupational Accident Insurance is $50 Deduction weekly
- Layover is $150 per each day
- Detention pay is $25 after initial two hours have passed
- Every extra stop is $50
- No-touch freight
- No force dispatch
Qualifications:
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- At least 2 Years OTR verifiable experience
- No more than two moving violations within one year
- No DUIs
- No SAP program
- No cell phone or seatbelt violations
