Questline Digital Hiring for Webinar Manager Job at Columbus, OH Full Time

The Webinar Manager is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality presentations to educate the customers of Questline Digital’s energy utility clients. This person works with clients to identify their educational goals; works with subject matter experts to understand the relevant energy topics; creates a presentation outline and builds a PowerPoint deck; and acts as on-camera host, along with our subject matter experts, to deliver an effective live webinar. The Webinar Manager does not need to be an energy or utility expert; we have plenty of subject matter experts on the team. We are looking for a storyteller with multimedia skills who can help us turn technical topics into compelling presentations.

Preferred candidates will live in the Columbus area and be able to work a hybrid office/WFH schedule.

• Manage all aspects of Questline Digital’s webinar solution for energy utility clients.
• Maintain a webinar production calendar; work with Questline Digital project managers and client operations to schedule presentations and production milestones.
• Meet with energy utility clients to understand their needs and goals and translate them into effective presentation outlines.
• Create new presentation decks and update existing decks; work with Questline Digital designers to create visual assets and ensure that PowerPoint decks are consistent and engaging.
• Receive client feedback on presentation outlines and decks and incorporate requested changes.
• Work closely with Questline Digital subject matter experts to ensure the technical accuracy of all presentations.
• Produce live webinar presentations; act as the on-camera webinar host to introduce subject matter experts and moderate audience questions.
• Ensure the technical quality of webinar presentations to meet Questline Digital standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, editorial or educational content production.
• Experience writing presentation outlines and scripts and creating PowerPoint decks; able to turn complicated topics into compelling webinars.
• Familiarity with multimedia content techniques, including audio and video production.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain strong working relationships with clients, subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
• Energy utility experience is a plus.
