MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS experience!!!
Job Duties:
Entering purchase orders into bills in Quickbooks
Exporting and formatting excel invoices for clients
Maintaining tracking for new purchase orders and outgoing invoice approval for clients
Entering invoices into client payment portals
Ordering company office supplies
Requirements:
Mid to expert level excel experience (v look ups, summation, formatting)
Quickbooks experience
Quick Base Experience (not Required But Preferred)
SAP Ariba experience (not required but preferred)
Experience using online platforms and payment portals
Excellent attention to detail
Self starter
