Quality Life Services is seeking a Payroll Associate who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. As a Payroll Associate you’ll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is very detail oriented and has processed payroll. This position is vital to ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
Essential functions of the role include:
Review and analyze time cards and time sheets
Calculate and record earnings and deductions
Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis
Calculate and maintain accurate payroll records
