Manager – Operations
The Operations Manager at Quality First Healthcare Services (QFHCS) is accountable for the overall operation of the company. The Manager must manage all aspects of sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial and census targets. She/He is also for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and business leaders in the community.
The Manager is also responsible for selecting, training, and developing the office staff and for monitoring performance to achieve business results by leading the Sales Representative, service delivery, client satisfaction and retention. Responsible for overseeing Human Resources including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance evaluation, payroll processing, and employee relations.
Administration/Finance – Also he/she will have to identify and manage potential risks and costs associated with running the business such as workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation, account receivables, bad debt, etc. Analyzing monthly financial statements and implementing strategies to increase profitability, managing operating expenses (profit and loss responsibility) as well as developing and executing company’s annual business plan.
Service Management – Monitoring to ensure that every client is served – company providing exemplary service to every client to optimize utilization. Maintaining strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.
Sales and Marketing Management
Talent Management – Hiring, training, and developing supporting staff; monitoring and supervising staff performance including setting expectations, coaching, and recognizing achievements, demonstrating positive leadership. Monitoring and coaching the service team to ensure effective unemployment and workers’ compensation claim management.
