Quality Labor Management is looking for Accounting Specialist in Bay County.
Bookkeeping work involving a variety of fiscal transactions. Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, purchasing, obtaining quotes from vendors, accounts payable, A/R, & bank reconciliations.
Proficient in the use of computer equipment and software, e-mail, internet, and integrated accounting systems such as MIP or QuickBooks. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must have skills in 10-key calculation by touch.
Minimum of 3 years of experience required. Excel test required.
Courses in accounting or prior accounting experience required.
Experience with grant funding or non-profit accounting a plus.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills and be capable of functioning under and meeting deadlines.
Valid Driver license and reliable transportation required; position requires local travel during business hours and on occasion overnight travel may be requested for training purposes.
High School Diploma
Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
Must have reliable transportation
