QC Supply is looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager who will manage and have full ownership of the Amazon Marketplace P&L, leading both growth strategy and the execution to rapidly accelerate the growth on these sales channels.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead the external relationship with the Amazon agency
Create, manage, and optimize listings for all e-commerce 3rd party marketplaces which includes forecasting and reporting, creative, store optimization, ad campaign, keyword analysis, inventory planning, performance metrics, customer experience and more
Conduct keyword research, keyword expansion and analysis to develop accurate forecasts and causes of any issues
Develop sales plans to meet revenue goals
Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing
Monitor competitive listings and QC Supply product pricing on all marketplaces
Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes, and systems
Consistently monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes
Partner with executives, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
Background in digital marketing, ecommerce, and awareness of digital marketing trends
Experience with the platform Magento is preferred; not mandatory
Experience in data analysis, performance trends, analytical skills, optimization techniques, and scaling an e-commerce business.
3-5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central management and listing optimization
Knowledge of Amazon A+ content, brand registry and keyword optimization is preferred; not required
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and strong attention to detail
