This role supports the Finance function within mergers & acquisitions (M&A) supporting the transformational agenda of the CFO and all of the finance sub-functions in the exploration and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in Integrations and Divestitures with the finance function, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, synergy and cost savings analysis and TSA development with extensive knowledge of and experience in some or all of the following Finance & Accounting areas: FP&A, Controllership, Financial Consolidation & External Reporting, and Finance Operations. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of one or more key business process areas, such as: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, make-to-ship, record-to-report, etc.
Demonstrates proven success in developing client relationships, organizing and managing high performing teams, and providing the highest quality client service, which includes the following:
Planning and oversee integration and separation projects, including Day One readiness and execution, business process and systems integration and separation, and dependency and risk management;
Building proven, collaborative relationships with team members and fostering a productive teamwork environment;
Seeking diverse views to encourage innovation and high performance, and demonstrated ability to coach staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;
Delivering significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative;
Identifying and addressing client needs: build, maintain, and utilize networks of trusted client relationships;
Effectively managing engagement scope, resource requirements, project workflow, engagement economics, and status updates;
