Now Hiring: Small Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Full Time: Salary
Rate: $150k – $175k annually
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
Location: Livingston, NJ 07039 – onsite 4 days per week.

Job Summary:
The Small Business Commercial Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to retain and build upon an established book of business with a focus on delivering and creating additional value for clients through in-depth insurance knowledge to support a continued, long-term relationship that meets or exceeds annual sales and retention goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients and Underwriters.
- Provide risk management and advisory services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Analyzes insurance needs, markets to insurers to secure optimum coverage and cost terms for all property and casualty clients.
- Negotiates quotes and coverages with underwriters to obtain the most competitive terms.
- Inputs and maintains all customer-related insurance data into the corporate agency management system – Applied Epic.
What you’ll need:
- Preparation of proposals, comparisons of coverage, schedules of insurance, underwriting schedules, insurance applications.
- Familiarity with various lines of coverage with expertise in at least two of the following: General Liability, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella/Excess, Crim, Cyber D&O, Employment Practices Liability, Pollution and Errors & Omissions.
- Experience with Small business commercial insurance
- High School Diploma
- Property & Casualty Producers License
- 10 years of Experience required
