PSI Personnel Looking for Accounts payable/ Accounts Receivable Representative at Doylestown, PA Full Time

Bucks County non-profit agency is currently seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable representative to join their team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for their organization. This is a long term contract position. .

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Full cycle accounts payable processing
• Billing of accounts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to train on new financial systems
• Direct experience with accounts payable and receivables.
• Excellent administrative skills

Hours: 8:30 to 4:30 Monday-Friday 37.5 hour week
