Real Estate: Corporate Director of Finance with $250,000 base pay + Bonus
Our client is seeking for someone with a public (preferably) and private mix and a CPA. This person also needs to have experience with open-ended funds and fair-value GAAP reporting. Also must have a general sense of taxation working within private REIT’s, partnerships, S-Corps, K1s, and REIT compliance.
This client is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser that manages private equity real estate investments and provides real estate services for domestic and international clients.

You Will Be
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance internal controls and efficiencies in financial reporting
Researching industry and accounting guidance and its applicability to real estate funds and the accounting and reporting process
Providing oversight to the Chief Financial Officer on various tasks
Overseeing the accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, direct real estate investments, and private equity investments.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
10 + years of relevant accounting experience within the real estate industry
Must be a team player, a strong communicator, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
Superb organizational skills
Exceptional Analytical And Problem-solving Skills Required
