ProMedica Health System Looking for Senior Analyst, Finance – Hybrid at Toledo Full Time

Basic Purpose

Provides financial support to Monroe Regional Hospital and Hickman Hospital through preparation and coordination of annual budgets, maintaining benchmarking database, preparing annual forecasts and financial plans, monthly review and analysis of financial statements and completion of existing program analysis and new program feasibility studies.

Primary Duties:

• Coordinates preparation and development of annual operating budget

• Coordinates and maintains benchmarking database

• Coordinates submission of community benefit data

• Responsible for business unit program analysis

• Responsible for completing new program feasibility studies

• Responsible for bi-weekly workforce management reports

• Coordinates/prepares CON requirements of state of Michigan

• Performs various service line/program margin analysis

• Coordinates submissions of various other surveys

• Assists in monthly review, analysis, and development of monthly financial statements

• Assists with special projects as assigned

• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or finance with preference given to candidates with a master’s degree

• Previous hospital or healthcare experience desired

• Must be able to move about hospital and between workstations

• Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries; requires effective interpersonal skills

• Must be able to input and retrieve information from computer

• Must be able to process confidential information

• Requires excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
